I was struck by how many varieties and flavoring blends Kraft had, as well as the various formulations from dehydrated, grated, chopped, and shredded. This reminds me of the discussion we had regarding the perceived (and to some degree, real) increased variety of foods, yet they are all created from the same couple of foods.
