Great service means not having to say, “We’re sorry.”
If you want to know why you should be doing business with us, look at the people in this photograph.
They represent every group at Monsanto Chemical Intermediates Co.: manufacturing, technical, sales, distribution, and customer service.
And they all have one thing in common: they hate to say, “We’re sorry.”
They think you’ve been let down too often with: “I’m sorry, your delivery will be late.” Or, “Sorry, but we can’t help with that problem.”
So we came up with our own definition of service. To us, great service means not having to say, “We’re sorry.”
To make sure our people don’t have to say these two words, we maintain one of the best manufacturing and distribution systems for chemical intermediates in the industry. We have 61 plants, warehouses and terminals in the United States alone. And a network of trucks and railcars, pipelines, barges, even a chemical tanker, under long term charter to serve East Coast terminals.
We’ve computerized our Customer Order Processing Service Centers (Co-Op’s) so we can process your orders and provide information fast and accurately.
And because your problems don’t stop at 5 o’clock, you can reach us through our emergency phone service around the clock, seven days a week.
People are the difference in our building block chemicals. Why not call us and see? You won’t be sorry.
