#WHY TRUST YOUR PRODUCT TO A UNIQUE, NEW, HEAVY-DUTY CENTRIFUGAL PUMP?
##Relax… It’s a Waukesha
To the food processor, cavitation and shear are among the worst crimes a centrifugal pump can commit. They damage product, contribute unwanted textures and disrupt the flow of the production process.
Waukesha, developer of the best known sanitary rotary positive pumps in the world, introduces the new 200 Series sanitary, heavy-duty centrifugal pump.
The design of this new Waukesha centrifugal pump discourages product damage. Extra deep impeller eye and larger, specially sloped vanes with greater webbing gently propel even viscous liquids.
The impeller and shaft are a single, investment cast piece that is mounted in front of an investment cast backplate. You get maximum rigidity and tighter running clearances. And that means consistent performance with a wide range of products.
The Waukesha 200 Series centrifugal pump is among the most efficent you can buy. In fact, pumping efficiencies in many applications approach 70 percent!
For engineering details on the new 200 Series centrifugal pumps, contact your Waukesha distributor soon. Ask to see the video, “Pure Pump Power.” Waukesha Pumps, 611 Sugar Creek Rd., Delavan, WI 53115 U.S.A,; 414-728-8267; FAX: 1-800-666-3689.
[additional notes] This advertisement highlights that their centrifugal pumps is designed to prevent product damage such as flow disruption and unwanted texturers. I find it interesting that it is mentioned that “the impeller and shaft are a single, investment cast piece”. This makes me think that the price of the equipment is steep but it should last the customer for a long time. Lastly, the advertisment delcares that the centrifugal pump increases efficiency.
