Observation:
The ad sells Hormel Stock as both a flavor ingredient and also a way to make processed food seem more natural.  The phrase “100% natural” and the comparison to “homemade stock” made this product seem familiar and traditional. At the same time, the ad is aiming for food companies, because it mentioned improving labels, texture and the final product. The strategy is to link factory food production with homemade flavor and with a better quality.
