[additional notes]
Similar to the other ads in this journal, the frozen food industry seems to rely on packaging methods for processing, rather than processing agents. This advertisement sells packaged, frozen fish, promised from the best catching grounds - Iceland. The branding reflects the cold, fresh, and pure messaging it has about its fish with a stark blue, grey, and green color palette. It would be interesting to explore the evolution of the frozen food industry and examine how our processing methods have changed or remained similar for products like these.
