… that cooks food up to 40% faster!
It’s a profit-boosting, energy-saving innovation made possible by coating ordinary paper food trays with film made from Cleartuf resin, a polyester “break-through” from Goodyear.
Cleartuf resin can build food processor profits: it’s less costly than aluminum (and less prone to price fluctuation). Plus, it can increase market share because these trays work in microwave as well as conventional ovens. (The use of aluminum is discouraged in microwave ovens.) Cleartuf offers consumers many benefits: One tray goes from freezer to oven to table. And paper, unlike aluminum, absorbs heat evenly from all directions.
That means food cooks in nearly half the time compared to conventional utensils. And that cuts consumer energy bills!
If your customers process oven-ready foods –or need high heat-withstanding material for any application – Cleartuf polyester is one new idea you should know more about. Call or write Dave Hirschy. (216) 794-3100. Goodyear Chemicals, Dept. 11541, P.O. Box 9115, Akron, OH 44305.
