Transcription: Patty-Tex don’t stick around. They move, because Baltimore Spice has developed Patty-Tex to make them look better, cook better, taste better. With Patty-Tex as a binder, the meat stays together and patties look more tender, more appealing. In frying or grilling, there is far less shrinkage than with an all-meat patty. Patty-Tex is practically tasteless and odorless, too, producing a “juicy” patty that is naturally good. And it will not stick to patty machines. See how Patty-Tex can help your whole patty operation now. For complete information on Patty-Tex, ask your Baltimore Spice representative or contact us directly. After all, you don’t want those patties sticking around. On the plate, at the store or in the machinery.
Comments/Observations: I wonder how this tenderizes the meat. At first, I thought this was related to TVP, which is textured vegetable protein and is also used as a filler of sorts. I wonder what the actual binder is, although it could be a sort of vegetable protein for more of a bite.
