#You can count the number of Emery lanolin derivatives on nine hands.
There are 45 such derivatives, to be exact. All provide the proper ties of emulsification, moisturization, stabilization or emolliency. If you're already using a lanolin derivative, compare Emery's quality and price before re-ordering
##Take Nimlesterol®*
for example, a multifunctional lanolin alcohol absorption base. For the first time Emery is offering the product as an economical to ship and use concentrate, Nimlesterol Concentrated Multi-Sterol Extract. Nimlesterol also can be supplied in a clear, mobile liquid form, Nimlesterol D. This additive is an excellent moisturizer, emulsifier and emollient, as well as a fine stabilizer for O/W emulsions.
##Nimco® Super Wool Wax Alcohols*,
a base for many other lanolin derivatives, is a solid complex of lanolin alcohols, specially distilled and deodorized. This product exhibits exceptional emollient effect on skin or hair. It's also an effective W/O emulsifier.
##Lanolin Alcohols, Distilled*,
contains less cholesterol than Nimco Super Wool Wax Alcohols. Quality is retained, but at a lower cost. Lanolin Alcohols, Distilled, contributes the same emulsifying and stabilizing properties as whole lanolin alcohols.
##The list goes on.
Add to these examples the dozens of other derivatives made by reacting lanolin components, and you've got nine hands'full.

Alt text: On the bottom left side of the page there is a cut out image from the collarbone up of a white woman with blue eyes who is wearing mascara and lipstick. She has a hand held up to her face, applying some white cream. On her head there are 8 more manicured hands resembling the one she has held up to her face covering any hair.
Comments: The visual demonstrating the wide variety of products that Emery creates is slightly disturbing, she looks almost like an alien. I wonder if this depiction is inspired by the rise of Sci-fi in earlier decades. Despite her unconventional number of hands, she is otherwise an ideal image of beauty and feminity during the period. She is a skinny white woman with blue eyes and a face of makeup. It is clear she is not wearing a shirt by the bare shoulders depicted. This attempt to make a woman look odd but still sexualized is interesting to me.
