Efficiency and health are promoted in this ad. The efficiency aspect comes from the ability to preserve the fruits long-term through drying. The health aspect comes from the descriptions of the dried fruits having no added sugar, flavors, preservatives, and carriers.
Unlike other fruit product ads I’ve seen, this one emphasizes the ability to enjoy authentic fruit that is dried. This ad shows both the dried and natural forms of the fruits, likely to emphasize that the dried forms are just as real as the natural forms.
Asides from spray-dried cheeses, dried fruits seem to be another food product that Beatrice Foods Co produces. Unlike the spray-dried cheeses ad, an actual product name is given (i.e. NATURE-TONES).
