Health and effectiveness are the focus of this ad.

This is one of the first food ads I’ve seen where health is mainly promoted. The health angle being taken is Morton Salt’s table salt (Morton Lite Salt) having half the sodium content but no loss of flavor. It makes me wonder if customers were more health-focused during that time, and that is why Morton Salt advertised to other companies through this angle.
