Not only are so many flavors mentioned (i.e. variations of Spectra Beef, Spectra Seafood, Spectra Chicken, Spectra Cheese, and Spectra Pork), these can function as a food’s entire flavor profile or top off the taste of a food. Combined with the technical support that FIDCO claims to have, these flavors would likely be appealing to food manufacturers because of the variety of options to choose from and create products from. 

Compared to the previous FIDCO ad in this journal, more products (i.e. flavors) are described and visually depicted here. Unlike the previous FIDCO ad, this ad doesn’t really focus on health.
