American Can Company is trying to promote its expertise in this ad by using a checklist of meat can supplier services. It is deliberately trying to show companies that if their meat can supplier doesn’t offer the following services, American Can Company can do it better.

This is the first ad I’ve seen so far from the American Can Company that doesn’t have any images and is simple in design. This is likely intentional, however, to not distract from the purpose of the checklist (i.e. to appear as the best option amongst meat can suppliers).
