This advertisment is interesting to me because it highlights how the systems behind ultra-processed foods and processing agents are highly scientific. Behind each of these products there are scientists working in a lab to create the best product. Details like increasing teh surface area in salt in order to increase absorpiton to improve flavor is something that most people would not think about but when creating processed foods, scientists have to look at even the smallest details in order to create the best products that will give these companies the best sales.
