This advertisement is for many different types of industrial and pharmeceutical enzymes. What I find interesting is that many of these enzymes we learn about in a general biology class, such as lipases, amylases, and proteases. It is interesting to see these enzymes that we learn about to be marketed for companies to buy and add to their products. It is weird to think of these enzymes being bought and used in the food that we eat.
