Something that stood out to me about this advertisement is that this company offers many different types of enzymes to be used in a wide variety of products like juices, vegetables, meat, fragrances, and dairy but they provide specialized enzymes that look to be used for more sepcific purposes. For example there is an enzyme Rohapect VR that is used for qine clarification. This makes me wonder how many different types of specialized enzymes companies like RohmTech have and just how different are these enzymes are from eachother.
