This advertisement is once again a processing agent for the packaging and industrialization, rather than for the foodstuffs themselves. This advertisement offers an insight into what metrics are important for a sanitization product and what concerns food producers may have. For example, “hard water effectiveness” and "color indicator” were not aspects I had thought about before when evaulating the cleanliness of a food production process. The advertisement also shows what other products are common for use as sanitizing agents, from “iodophor” to “liquid chlorine.”
