#Lamb-Weston and the knife that goes bang.
We’ve found a better way to cut frozen french fries. We call it the Lamb-Weston Water Gun Knife. It lets us cut french fries that no other processor can duplicate. It turns potatoes lengthwise and shoots them through blades. So it slices the centers into longer, more uniform fries.
Order triangular cuts with three sides instead of four. Exttra thin shoestrings- a tasty 3/16” thin.
Hearty 3/8” by 3/4” rectangular shaped fries. And the only center cut 1/4” shoe-string there is. (center cut shoestrings can yield 120 or more servings per 27 pound case.)
So that gets us right to the heart of the matter.
Extra profit for your customers.
Because french fries sliced the way Lamb-Weston slices them…are longer, look better, cook better, and taste better.
Better find out a little more about that knife that goes bang.
