One thing that stood out to me about this advertisment was the format. It split the page into four sections and the top two square sections started out as a riddle telling the reader what their product didn’t do. I hadn’t seen an avertisment that started with this kind of “pitch” before. I think it also demonstrates that the idea that food needs to be preserved is becoming more and more common.
