FLAVORS AND SEASONINGS
Quality taste, texture, color, and aroma are promoted in this ad. Effectiveness and profitability are promoted as well.
The picture in this ad reminds me of a similar ad I saw by the National Starch and Chemical Corporation done in 1969 of a young boy happily eating his spaghetti covered with red sauce. In this ad, an older man is also happily enjoying his seafood pot. I think by portraying happy customers, the National Starch and Chemical Corporation is trying to portray to other companies that they have what it takes to help them build a consistent and happy customer base.
