This advertisment stood out to me because I was intrigued on what polyunsaturated filled milk was. After a quick google search I found that it is when the natural milk fat is removed and replaced with a getable or oil rich polyunsaturated fatty acid. This makes it more healthier while reducing saturated fats. I have noticed a similar pattern in the advertisements I have found in the Food Engineering Journals. There has been quite a few that are about milk or lactose. It makes me wonder if that was a possible trend that was going on during this time period.
